Dr. Angela Poff is a Research Associate in the Department of Molecular Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of South Florida Laboratory of Nutritional and Metabolic Medicine where her research focuses on the development and testing of non-toxic metabolic therapies for cancer and neurological disorders.

Poff is co-founder of Metabolic Health Initiative and Organizer of Metabolic Health Summit. She is also founder and CEO of Poff Medical Consulting and Communications, LLC which performs biomedical consulting.
